Sticks and Sushi at Tivoli Hotel is a distinctive rooftop restaurant and skybar occupying the 12th floor of the Harbour Tower at Hotel Tivoli, ideally positioned near Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station. The venue commands sweeping views across the Danish capital, with the city's historic spires, the Zoo Tower and on clear days even the city of Malmo across the Oresund visible from the floor-to-ceiling windows and the outdoor terrace that opens in warmer months. The menu combines Japanese culinary precision with Nordic sensibility, presenting a refined selection of sushi, maki and grilled sticks alongside inventive cocktails and thoughtfully curated drinks. The interior design reflects the Sticks and Sushi universe with clean lines, black leather seating, low-level floor seating and oversized leather swings in the bar that lend the space a playful yet sophisticated character.
