Sora Skybar

Sora Skybar is the highest sky bar in Phnom Penh, occupying a cantilevered outdoor terrace on the 37th floor of the Vattanac Capital Tower — home to the Rosewood Phnom Penh — rising 188 metres above the Cambodian capital. The name means sky in Japanese, and the venue lives up to its celestial identity with breathtaking vistas of the city, the Mekong River, and the surrounding landscape. Sora's cocktail programme features over 20 signature creations blended with local Cambodian ingredients such as Kampot pepper, palm sugar, rice, and banana, inspired by Japanese Yokai mythology. An extensive whisky library with 80 international selections and a dedicated cigar lounge round out this refined experience.
