SEI - Mamma Caura

SEI Mamma Caura is a captivating multi-level sunset bar and restaurant housed in a beautifully restored 1930s customs building overlooking the famous Marsala salt ponds and a historic 16th-century windmill in western Sicily, near Trapani. The venue is celebrated for offering one of the most spectacular sunsets in the world, with the surrounding salt flats turning vivid shades of pink and gold as the sun descends over the Mediterranean. Elegant interiors feature artistic ceramics, soft pink-hued decor reflecting the colours of the salt ponds, and period photography from early 1900s Sicily, creating a rich and evocative ambiance.
