PK Cocktail Bar is a pioneering and storied rooftop cocktail venue perched on the dramatic caldera cliffs at the centre of Fira, Santorini. Founded in 1976 by Gregory Chrysos as the island's very first cocktail bar, its name — PK, short for Palia Kameni — pays homage to the smaller volcanic island visible just across the shimmering water, with cruise ships anchored nearby in the old port.
