Organics SkyGarden, also known as SkyGarden @Cielo, is a spectacular rooftop bar and terrace floating 40 metres above Milan atop the Hyatt Centric Milan Centrale, on the hotel's thirteenth floor. Lush walls of greenery and tropical plants frame sweeping 360-degree panoramas that take in everything from the Alps to the skyscrapers of Porta Nuova, the soaring Central Station, and the delicate spires of the Duomo. The menu celebrates organic and sustainably sourced ingredients, with gourmet dishes from Chef Guglielmo Giudice including seafood plateaux and beef tartare alongside a handcrafted selection of signature cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits. Full-height moving glass windows mean the terrace can be enjoyed year-round, and regular DJ sets and live performers ensure a vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere in this one-of-a-kind Milanese sky garden.
