Mountaineering Club is a chic Pacific Northwest-inspired rooftop bar and restaurant on the 16th floor of Graduate Seattle at 4507 Brooklyn Avenue NE in the University District, offering captivating views of the Cascade Mountains, the Seattle skyline, and Puget Sound. The design playfully channels campsite-chic aesthetics, with a cosy indoor lounge adorned with worn couches and vintage mountaineering gear alongside a wooden-decked open-air terrace that wraps around the building. The menu continues the trekking theme with reimagined campsite bites such as oysters, Loki Salmon Cans, and Rooftop S'mores, paired with playful Pacific Northwest-inspired cocktails and local beers. Open most evenings from 3pm, Mountaineering Club is a 21-plus destination after 6pm and a truly distinctive rooftop retreat above one of Seattle's most vibrant neighbourhoods.
