Mbar was a celebrated rooftop bar and restaurant perched on the 14th floor at 400 Fairview Avenue North in Seattle's South Lake Union neighbourhood, part of the Mama restaurant group, the progressive Levantine culinary collective behind the acclaimed Mamnoon. From its elevated vantage point, Mbar offered breathtaking panoramic views stretching from downtown Seattle across to MoPop, the Seattle Center, Queen Anne Hill, and the Olympic Mountain Range. The venue distinguished itself with Levantine-American cuisine, inventive cocktails, and a cosmopolitan atmosphere that drew both locals and visitors seeking a sophisticated rooftop experience. After nearly a decade as one of Seattle's most admired rooftop destinations, Mbar closed permanently in November 2025.
