MARCHHARTS is a distinctive lakeside restaurant and terrace bar set in a privileged location between the historic Hohensalzburg Fortress and the serene Leopoldskron Lake on the outskirts of Salzburg, Austria. In summer, the sun terrace opens to offer dreamy views across the lake and toward the mountain landscape surrounding the city, creating an idyllic backdrop for leisurely meals and drinks. Hosted by Karoline and Christoph Marchhart, the venue takes an unconventional approach, focusing its culinary identity on just three offerings: Thai, fish, and steak, executed with creativity and high-quality ingredients.
