Linger is a one-of-a-kind rooftop restaurant nestled in Denver's Lower Highland neighborhood, occupying a converted 1920s mortuary that has been reinvented into a playful, posh dining destination. The rooftop patio features a vintage 1975 GMC RV functioning as a bar and a repurposed food truck serving as the kitchen, creating an atmosphere that blends macabre history with elegant design and panoramic views over the charming LoHi streetscape. Part of the employee-owned Edible Beats restaurant group, Linger serves dinner nightly with brunch on Friday through Sunday and happy hour Monday through Friday, offering sips and seasonings as savory as the globally inspired dishes from Executive Chef Aaron Boisvert.
