Levant Bar is a hidden and intimate rooftop cocktail bar perched on the 4th floor of the ST Signature hotel on Tras Street in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore, offering a stylish open-air escape above the low-rise conservation shophouses of one of the city's most characterful neighbourhoods. Created by the ilLido Group, Levant draws inspiration from the eastern Mediterranean, weaving together influences from the Middle East, North Africa, and Greece through a drinks menu of exotic cocktails elevated with spices such as cardamom, saffron, and cumin, as well as wines and spirits inspired by the ancient Silk Road. The food offering centres on Mediterranean-inspired mezze plates designed for sharing, while the surrounding low-rise streetscape provides glimpses of landmarks such as the Pinnacle at Duxton.
