Le Georges

Le Georges is a legendary rooftop restaurant perched on the sixth floor of the Centre Pompidou in the Beaubourg district of Paris, commanding exceptional panoramic views of the Eiffel Tower and the city's historic rooftops. Designed by innovative architects Jakob and MacFarlane with a striking aluminium interior of fluid, sculptural contours, the space blends avant-garde design with sophisticated dining. The menu featured inventive world cuisine and creative riffs on French classics, while the iconic Pink Bar offered an unusually curated vodka-based cocktail list in a uniquely intimate alcove. Evening DJ sets lent the venue a vibrant, cosmopolitan energy that attracted both Parisians and international visitors for more than two decades. Note that Le Georges permanently closed its doors in September 2025, leaving behind an enduring legacy as one of Paris's most celebrated and architecturally distinctive rooftop dining experiences.
