Labo Culinaire Foodlab is a creative farm-to-table restaurant and rooftop terrace located on the third floor of the Society for Arts and Technology (SAT), a cultural landmark in the heart of Montreal's Quartier des Spectacles at 1201 Boulevard Saint-Laurent. The rooftop terrace is one of Montreal's most beloved outdoor dining spaces, featuring shared picnic-style tables and intimate private settings, some of which are surrounded by a rooftop garden that actually grows produce used in the kitchen.
