Hey Güey is a vibrant Mexican-inspired rooftop bar nestled atop Chapter Roma, a stylish boutique hotel occupying a beautifully restored 19th-century palazzo between Rome's historic Jewish Quarter and Rione Regola, at Via di S. Maria De' Calderari 47. The subtropical rooftop garden is lushly planted with cacti, fig of India, and seasonal blooms, creating a colourful and relaxed setting from which panoramic views stretch across Rome's rooftops and iconic domes as far as the Altare della Patria. The menu celebrates Latin American flavours with signature tacos, empanadas, and quesadillas alongside an exceptional agave-focused cocktail programme, featuring frozen margaritas and inventive signature drinks. Open from 6pm to 1am throughout spring and summer, Hey Güey brings a playful and spirited Mexican energy to the rooftops of Rome.
