Harriet's Rooftop is an elevated bar and restaurant perched on the 11th floor of 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge, offering some of the most expansive views of the Manhattan skyline and the iconic Brooklyn Bridge in New York City. Set within one of Brooklyn's most environmentally conscious hotels, the venue features sustainable design made from reclaimed materials and a rooftop pool area that accommodates up to 350 guests. The cocktail program champions sustainability by repurposing citrus peels and coffee grounds into creative drinks, and the spirits menu draws heavily from producers within a 100-mile radius of the city.
