Fontein Rooftop is an exclusive and distinctive venue on the tenth floor of a building overlooking the famous Hofplein fountain in central Rotterdam. The rooftop commands near-total 360-degree views of the city, encompassing the celebrated Market Hall, Laurenskerk church, Coolsingel boulevard, the winding Maas River, and a sweeping horizon stretching toward the North Sea. The kitchen, led by Ron de Jong and Dave Heijnen, presents a refined five-course dinner with wine pairing on select evenings, using ingredients many of which are sourced from the rooftop's own garden.
