Estrella Cocina is a vibrant Mexican rooftop restaurant and bar perched on the seventh floor of the VyStar Credit Union building at 100 W. Bay Street in downtown Jacksonville, Florida. Spanning 3,500 square feet of indoor rooftop space and an additional 4,500 square feet of outdoor terrace, the venue offers stunning views of the Jacksonville skyline and the St. Johns River. Founded by local restaurateurs Jonathan Cobbs and Dwayne Beliakoff, the concept draws inspiration from Baja-inspired Mexican beach towns, featuring fresh, locally sourced coastal Mexican cuisine including imaginative tacos, cocktails, and seafood-forward dishes. Large retractable windows along the indoor perimeter open fully to the outdoor patio, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor dining experience year-round.
