Coogee Pavilion

Coogee Pavilion Rooftop is an adults-only rooftop oasis operated by Merivale, perched above the beloved seafront venue at Coogee beach in Sydney's eastern suburbs. Designed to resemble the conservatory of an eccentric botanist, the rooftop houses four indoor and outdoor bars, each with its own distinctive exotic aesthetic — from overflowing lush greenery and mismatched Moroccan tiles to chairs decorated with sketches of exotic birds. The food menu is inspired by Middle Eastern and Eastern Mediterranean flavours, featuring Jimmy's signature mezze, wraps, whole baby calamari, haloumi in grape vine leaves, and harissa-spiced charcoal chickens. Unrivalled views of the Coogee shoreline and the Pacific Ocean make this rooftop one of the most enviable spots in the eastern suburbs.
