Cielo Rooftop Bar brings the glamour of the Italian Riviera to Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, with its striking perch above a heritage building facade on Brunswick Street and a design that evokes Mediterranean summers through yellow and white booths, wrought iron arches, olive trees in oversized pots, and fresh herb planters beneath a retractable roof. Every seat in the venue offers a view of the Valley rooftops and the distinctive art deco facade of McWhirters, creating a uniquely Brisbane-flavoured backdrop for the Italian-coastal inspired experience. The cocktail programme was curated in collaboration with Sydney\'s acclaimed Maybe Sammy bar team, producing approachable and modern drinks alongside a carefully selected wine and beer list. The food menu features Mediterranean-inspired share plates including fresh oysters, kingfish sashimi, and baked focaccia with hummus. Cielo Rooftop is open Thursday through Sunday from midday, making it an ideal destination for sunset cocktails, relaxed dinners, and sociable evenings above Fortitude Valley.
