Cask is a hidden rooftop cocktail bar that made its home on top of Waverley Station in the heart of Edinburgh, behind Festival Village in the Old Town. Known for its vibrant and lush rooftop terrace with panoramic views over Edinburgh's atmospheric Old Town skyline, the venue earned a devoted following for its creative and colourful cocktails, slushies, wines, craft beers, and house spirits, complemented by food specials from its in-house kitchen. Its celebrated Secret Domes, unofficially dubbed Edinburgh's drinking pods, offered a uniquely intimate and immersive alfresco drinking experience above the city. A beloved rooftop escape for locals and visitors alike, Cask combined a relaxed, laid-back ambience with some of Edinburgh's most memorable elevated views and an inventive drinks programme.
