Babylon Rooftop is a grand rooftop bar and restaurant sprawling across more than 1,200 square metres on Level 7 of Westfield Sydney on Pitt Street Mall in the CBD, offering sweeping views over the city skyline from one of Sydney's largest and most visually spectacular elevated dining destinations. The venue celebrates Levantine cuisine from the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean, with much of the menu cooked over wood fire and charcoal on a custom-built three-metre Mangal and rotisseries, overseen by Head Chef Arman Uz. An impressive 300-plus capacity rooftop bar serves cocktails with Middle Eastern influence alongside a 200-plus whisky selection and a hand-picked Old World and New World wine list. The expansive design channels the ancient city of Babylon through warm textures of burnt orange, pink mauve, and mahogany, with Italian travertine archways, marble, brass finishings, and velvet-lined timber booths.
